Whole Park WiFi that covers all your streaming needs. Let the kids go online to battle their video games, while you sit back and watch Netflix movies on your sofa!

All Utilities included in our rates! Stop Paying separately for all your additional hookups. Here we include hookups to City water, City Sewer, Electric, FREE internet wifi, as well as Trash Dumpster on site.

55 PSI Water pressure! We have really great water Pressure at our park! As such, we recommend the use of a water regulator in line. As a reminder, Guest Showers can get HOT, so please allow it to get hot before you step in.

Laundry room on-site. Newly renovated Laundry facility. Includes Coin-operated washers and dryers, a folding station, and TV to watch while you wait.

Fully Mature Trees surround the whole park throughout. Originally planted over 30 years ago, we kept the natural feel and incorporated it into our fully updated RV park.

Monthly Stays are welcome. Here we want you to get comfortable, sip some hot cocoa and live life for a bit. We’ll think of you as one of our own.

Out here with our perfect blue skies in the land of enchantment, you can receive over 50+ good quality over the air channels. As if the weather wasn’t enough reason to stay!

Keep in shape with our Cardio machine and weights. Because your fitness shouldnt suffer when you travel, and why should it?

We have Hot water available for complimentary free guest use up at the clubhouse. We only use filtered premium quality water for our guests. NO tap-water used in the tea/coffemakers of any kind. Impressive – Pure Hot water for your hot tea in the morning, or hot cocoa at night. Great selection of teabags available, (options vary). It really is the little things that matter.

We Serve a complimentary Continental Breakfast for free to our guests during special occasions, and seasonally. Times of the year you will find the Complimentary continental breakfast include Balloon Fiesta.
